Attorney Christine Griffin is a national expert on disability rights. Mrs. Griffin served as the Deputy Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, and the Commissioner of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). While at EEOC, Griffin launched LEAD — Leadership for the Employment of Americans with Disabilities — addressing the under-employment of individuals with severe disabilities in the Federal workforce. Mrs. Griffin also served as Executive Director of the Disability Law Center in Boston for a decade.
